Did you set a new year resolution or two at the beginning of 2026? How is it going? Still practicing or achieving that goal/goals?
Studies have shown the we lose interest in our resolutions after about nine days, and the recommendation is to set shorter, more attainable, bit-sized goals to have success with that big goal. So that means we need to re-evaluate how we're doing, and what steps we need to adjust to maintain that lofty 2026 goal.
But the good news is that if your new year resolution was to move more, start a new fitness regime, work on flexibility and balance, all the movement/fitness/yoga videos on this website are currently free! It was brought to my attention that there was some sort of technical hiccup that was preventing folks from accessing the videos, but I can assure that that hiccup is resolved and you can access the videos and practice and move until your heart's content.
All you need to do is follow this link www.becekidder.com/video-library sign up if you haven't, and then sign in. If you have already signed up, click sign in, and you are good to go!

I like to think of these videos like that can of oil the Tin Man from the Wizard of Oz used to lubricate those rusty joints and get moving again. Of course, once you're off and running down that yellow brick road, if you start to slow down, take a breath, and assess your goals, and make any adjustments necessary to keep that movement practice dynamic, exciting and engaging.
Here's to Movement, and 2026 goals!
